In this relaxed 1 and a half hour session at The little Gem Café, you’ll be guided through simple techniques to help quiet the mind, explore your thoughts, and bring more presence into your day.
This event is taking place on Friday 10th October and will start at 7pm. Places are limited to 12.
Together, we’ll use prompts, reflections, and easy writing practices that don’t require any experience—just a notebook, a pen, and an open heart. This is journalling as a tool for wellbeing, creativity, and clarity, rather than perfect handwriting or polished words.
You’ll leave with:

This event is £15, or £20 to include a Something Kind of Woo notebook and pen.
