Hello, I’m Louise, the heart and hands behind Something Kind of Woo. My crystal shop in Royal Wootton Bassett is a space full of calm, curiosity and wonder.
People often say it feels airy, soothing, and beautifully scented the moment they step inside, and that’s exactly how I want it to be.
I’ve always been drawn to the magic of woo, the sparkle of crystals, the stillness of meditation, the gentle power of Reiki, and the wisdom of balancing our energy centres.
Overtime, that curiosity grew into a passion for helping others find peace, clarity and connection in their own lives.
At Something Kind of Woo, we harness Earth’s healing gifts to help balance modern life’s challenges.
Through carefully selected crystals and gentle guidance, you’ll discover a softer path to physical and emotional wellbeing.
It’s about embracing nature’s time-tested remedies and finding what feels good for you, in today’s busy world.
Personally, 2022 was a turning point for me. It was the year that I admitted that my drinking had become out of control and I needed help.
In the early days of sobriety, I turned to crystals to ease anxiety and sleepless nights.
I discovered the calm of selenite, the comfort of amethyst, and everything started to shift. That’s when the magic of woo truly became part of my healing.
In October 2024, I shared my long-term dream with my partner: one day, I’d love to own a crystal shop that also serves coffee, tucked away in a coastal Cornish town.
A few weeks later, I had a conversation with Gemma, who runs the beautiful Little Gem coffee shop here in Royal Wootton Bassett.
I told her about my dream of blending crystals, coffee and community, and from that chat – my Coffee & Crystals events were born.

✨Meditation & mindful practices – Meditation is for everyone, whether you’re just beginning or deepening an existing practice. I guide you in understanding your thoughts as they arise, helping you to find clarity and calm in the process.
My Astrology: With Leo Rising , I lead from the heart and bring courage and warmth into all that I do.
My Virgo Moon keeps me grounded and reminds me to find comfort in the simple and nurturing moments of life.
Whilst my Aries Sun fuels my spirit with passion, purpose, and a deep drive to create and inspire.
In my spare time, I enjoy fishing, 80’s music and taking part in the park run.
As the daughter of an engineer and a childminder, my upbringing was quite technical and matter of fact.
These days, I am far more curious about the magic and gifts that the universe can offer us all.
